Port Forwading?

Hi,Im new here to learn.i have a few question sorry if i posted to the wrong section.

I have following the guide here http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Dlink/DSL-2640T/Apache.htm
that because i using router DSL-2640T.
after that i go to the web http://www.canyouseeme.org/
And i get this error.

Error: I could not see your service on 60.xx.xx.xxx on port (80)
Reason: Connection timed out

Does any know what my problem?
