hi i installed it using installer
this fresh windows
and new computer i5 hasweel + 8 gb ram 1600 + motherboard gigbyte h87

i uninstalled it

and reinstall using zip

now it is working hope it will not go crazy

that what happend first time

i installed one wordpress installation and with skype and many prgorams it stopped

i think there should be solution for skype ports

Skype is not a HTTP / HTTPS Server, but it blocks the default HTTP / HTTPS ports.
So don't ask at the Webserver Support Board for solutions for the problem.

There IS a solution for Skype. You can deactivate these ports in the Skype configuration.
This solution is communicated several dozen times here at this board, so maybe you should try out the board search the next time.
