Help on Winsock2

I use xampp and all is working ok, but when I start the server I get this Notice:
disabled use of AcceptEx() WinSock2 API
And when I try to quit it, it wont quit mysql and its writeing something but it close the window to fast for me to see what it is.
Iam using WinXP
