I cant start Apache servers

My Operating system is Windows 7 64 bits. I have just installed Xampp but i am having issues on starting the Apache server on the Control panel. I ran it as an administrator and it gives me this warning:

Problem detected!
6:49:05 PM [Apache] Port 80 in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4036!
6:49:05 PM [Apache] Apache WILL NOT start without the configured ports free!
6:49:05 PM [Apache] You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application
6:49:05 PM [Apache] or reconfigure Apache and the Control Panel to listen on a different port
6:49:05 PM [Apache] Problem detected!
6:49:05 PM [Apache] Port 443 in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4036!
6:49:05 PM [Apache] Apache WILL NOT start without the configured ports free!

and I could find Error

Please, help me to understand what I have to do.

Hi Tasha,

Please provide us the full contents of your Xampp control panel log window.
In your task manager processes tab can you identify the process with the PID 4036 (maybe you first need to unhide the PID column first)?

I had problems with Java. Now Apache is running but I cannot open localhost.
