XAMPP status page is missing the list

Using Win 7 Ultimate on a 64 bit desktop PC
I've loaded XAMPP 1.8.3 into my D:/ and started Apache, MySQL and FileZilla servers with XAMPP Ctrl. Pnl. v3.2.1
Typing http://localhost into my Chrome browser loads the XAMPP for Windows Welcome page into my browser.
When I click on the XAMPP menu Status choice it takes a full 30 seconds to deliver the page and all that is on it is this:
"XAMPP Status

This page offers you one page to view all information about what's running and working, and what isn't working."

The list is missing.

Everything else on the XAMPP menu works as advertised... including phpMyAdmin.

Any help will be appreciated.
