website developed using Ruby on Rails on Mac OS now using locally with XAMPP 1.8.0 on Windows 7.

links and assets are not functional (can only see index page. CSS, images are missing).

it seems, that your linking path to the images won't fit.
(If you'd entered an alternate text it should be seen)
