Apache can't start before installation

Hi I 've installed the lastest version of xampp, with the patch of c++ redistribuible and I got this

then I clicked on apache_start and showed me this



do I have to install apache manually ?

I've fixed by my own, just uncheck advanced propierties port 80 in Skype.
