Server for SMALL (8 PCs) XAMPP deploy?

i'm planing to install XAMPP 1.4.2 (BASIC) on a Duron 700 MHz 128MB RAM PC ... with 8GB HD ... it would run care2x.org (care2x 1.1) and would be accessed by 8 PCs ... what do you thing?[/url]

I think its can run well, coz i'm running 13 workstation with deferent windows and server is my old HP Netserver e30 + win2k server + XAMPP 1.4.2 (install in full). most my LAN running more graphics for tutors & develope deferent type site by each person.
