always redirct to xampp/splash.php page

Hi all

I've put my own index.html in C:\WWW\htdocs directory, and every time i try to access my public IP, it always
direct me to http://my public IP/xampp/splash.php page.
But if i enter 127.0..0.1, it works fine and correctly show my index.html page. Could someone help me on this problem?
