Unable to connect to XAMPP (localhost). Connection timed out

Hi. I can't connect to my local XAMPP install. In the control panel everything is working, both Apache and MySQL, however when I try to connect either to localhost or to 127.0.0.1 it is trying to connect for a long time and finally responds with "the connection has timed out".
I've tried changing the port to another one in Apache and then connecting accordigly but to no avail. Opening localhost with another browser doesn't help aswell.
It's a part of BitNai pack from what I can tell when I downloaded it.

I'm on Windows 7 64bit
I really need some help on this as I've never tackled such a problem and I need to start working on my new website but I can't due to no testing possibility.
