[Help!]My Projects

Hello i am new to Xampp to start off with. I am trying to work with CodeIgnighter php framework. I have places my project into the .htdoc file as the tutorial has told me to. When i goto localhost i dont see My Projects on the left with the new version of Xampp. I havent used Xampp for ... idk there was a www folder last time.

So i tryed to goto the project using localhost/project_file_name/index.php and a few variations of that. I get "Access Forbidden Error 403".

If i take out all the contence of .htdocs and place my project it works but i loose the myphpadmin and other thing you do on localhost. I hope this is all the info you need let me know if theres more.

XAMPP never have had a www folder for the webdocument files. Even the very first XAMPP 0.9 was using a htdocs folder.
Maybe you was using a different webstack?

If it is working directly from htdocs i would guess that you have a problem with your .htaccess rules codeigniter uses for rewriting stuff.
