Remotely accessing websites?

I can't seem how to set it up for people to remotely access my websites. Any help?

When I enter my I.P. in browser it just opens my routers settings.

We don't privide any instructions how to make XAMPP accessible from the internet because XAMPP is not made/configurated/supported for such environments.
I just hope you have spend enough time and got the knowledge in hardening the XAMPP components to prevent any security issues.
