Why does a backup and recovery disable dB
Posted: 20. June 2013 23:25I backed-up my xampp folder and when I recovered it to a different computer it no longer showed the tables and I have not been able to get them to show. I now think I should have done an export and import but it is too late for me to do that (old computer no longer accessible). Any suggestions? How does phpmyadmin store tables and data such that they can't be easily moved. When it comes time to move my programming and database to a public server, how does it transfer?
