Session Cache is not configured [hint: SSLSessionCache]

Running XAMPP 1.8.1 Control Panel 3.1.0 under Win 7 Pro SP1.

I get the Session Cache error in the error log when trying to start Apache. I added the lines in the httpd.conf and httpd-ssl.conf files. There must be something else missing. Any help would be appreciated. I can provide copies of the two config files if that is helpful. I do not know the protocol for providing those on this forum.
