apache keep crashing

apache keep crashing

hello i am new with xampp and tryed install it today
when i run it it crash
when i open it i get this:

20:06:19 [mysql] XAMPP MySQL is already running on port 3306

what i need to do?

You are not running the control panel with administrator rights so it cannot access the Windows service manager.

Run the control panel with administrator rights.

rightclick -> run as administrator
