phpMyAdmin + MySQL issues

Ok, having a bit of a problem here. When I click on phpMyAdmin in localhost, it tells me:

#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

and that I need to check my host, username and password in my configuration.

What do I change to fix this?

Edit config.inc.php in the phpMyAdmin Folder and apply the password for root (and/or apply host, username as well - depending on your MySQL Installation).
