Apache Stops? But Still Started?

Well, I finally got Wampp running and I am having one major problem. I go to https://x.x.x.x (IP Address) and it works fine! But after I leave (school/sleep), and try to get back on my site I get the Cannot Find Server(This Page Cannot Be Displayed)! When I look into services it says Apache2 is started. If I click restart it comes up with an error report. The only way of getting it started again is click Stop and Start... Can anyone help me in keeping it online or tell me what is happening?
