I think that xamp integrated the zend Web encryption and decryption functions will be well.
Because some encrypted website system will be garbled.

Zend Guard / Optimizer does not support the thread safe versions of the php binaries so no chance for XAMPP.
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!
