I have followed your guidance. However I stil face the same problem.
I am using xampp7.3.11 (xampp-portable-windows-x64-7.3.11-0-VC15-installer.exe)
the file xampp-control.exe not xampp-control3.exe
after all, I start xampp again, but nothing changes.
7:28:41 PM [main] The FileZilla module is disabled
7:28:41 PM [main] The Mercury module is disabled
I found the second issue is the Mercury module is disable as well.
Anyone know the problem? pls help. Thanks.

Xampp portable is a lite version of xampp. Mercury and y Filezilla are not part of the portable versions.
