I found a lot of information when google searching and cant fix only one.
In one site i must see is my OpenSSL enabled so i found in PHPinfo

OpenSSL support disabled (install ext/openssl)
there i found one topic where they said i must go in "php.ini"
to find the row : ;extension=php_openssl.dll and to remove ";". So i do that than i see i must open the file "openssl.bat" from the folder xampp/apache/bin/ but when i open it there is a problem.

Please help me. I need to fix that very fast
