Apache Fails to start after PC restart

Hey,

Recently I've been experiencing some technical issues with XAMPP 1.8.1 - I have change the htdocs directory to an other driver, and also added subdomains using the vhosts method from XAMPP's Apache. Firstly when I install it, It works just fine. After I restart my PC and start skype before XAMPP, I'm unable to start Apache anymore. The Control panel freezes and nothing happens.

Any idea?

Hello,

Try grabbing the latest control panel from the link in my signature.

I suspect the underlying issue is a port conflict though.
