Apache Prob - remote connections as a service

I am running minixampp v1.4

Apache does not show up when i try to access through my ip address. It connects if i start it manually (not as a service).

I know its running because i can access as localhost.
It is going through a router, but i dont think thats the problem because it works only not as a service.

Is there some kind of setting i can enable remote connections when running as a server?
