Adding PostgreSQL support

Hello all,

I'm trying to install PostgreSQL 9.1 in XAMPP. In order to do this, I'm using the tutorial here:

Problem is, when I get down to this step:

- Create this line in <drive>:xampphtdocsxamppnavitools.inc:

<a class=”n” target=”_top” onclick=”h(this);” href=”/phpPgAdmin/”>phpPgAdmin</a><br>

I can't find the file navitools.inc.

That being the case, how do I add PostgreSQL support to XAMPP?

We can't provide any support for third party tutorials, sorry. Your question would be better asked to the original author of that tutorial.
Maybe the author is meaning the file \xampp\htdocs\xampp\navilinks\phpexamples.php
That is the place where the php links are placed.
