XAMPP was running like a dream for the past 6 months on my Windows 7 PC, until I installed Windows Virtual PC and Windows XP Mode.
Now MySQL is failing, e.g. none of my Apache sites can connect to it, nor does XAMPP control panel 3 phpmyadmin work.
The MySQL log looks like:
- Code: Select all

Maybe installing Virtual PC didn't cause this, but in any case how please do I recover all my test databases?
