How to use Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio with Xampp

Could somebody describe for me ( step by step ) how to configure Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 2008 R2 so I can connect to my database which is on my localhost by xampp 1.8 ?

Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio is not part of XAMPP. We can't provide any support for third party scripts or programs, sorry. But as far as i know Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio will only be connectable to MSSQL databases not MySQL.
