Access Violation XAMPP Control Panel crashes

Hi I installed Xampp v1.8.1 on Windows 7 Professional 32-bit and had everything running fine after I install Prestashop. Well I decided to enable Apache and MySQL to run as services and clicked on the red X's enable the services. When I click Start to run Apache and MySQL I get a Access Violation. See image attachment. The XAMPP Control Panel quits and closes on me. :( How do I correct this issue so I get back to localhost and finish Opencart installation? I had successfully installed Prestashop v1.5.3.1 after initially getting Apache and MySQL running. I'm not running Skype.

Hello,

Download the updated CP from the link in my signature. It should resolve the crashing issue. It is happening because the CP is trying to do stuff with services that it does not have permission to do because you are not running it with Admin privileges.
