When exactly do you get that message - and what is the URL?

I am using alias to connect to my D drive on following URL.
http://nn.nn.nn.nn/download/

You do indeed get a mysterious error message.

However, since 'download' is not a part of XAMPP, I must conclude the problem is with whatever script is in that folder. You should contact the authors of that script.

Good Luck
:)

I am not using any script till Sunday I was able to see my directory but since Sunday I am not.
I would have agreed with you if I am using any script.

OK -

Heres is a fact - there is no download folder in XAMPP - PERIOD. so where it the 'download' folder coming from? Answer - it must be in one of your DocumentRoot folders. That is the only way it can be served by Apache. And therefore you should be going there (to your DocumentRoot) to find it and what is in it.

Good Luck
:)
