When i am trying to turn on the apche this saying me that :

09:30:35 [Apache] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
09:30:35 [Apache] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
09:30:35 [Apache] Check the "/xampp/apache/logs/error.log" file
09:30:35 [Apache] and the Windows Event Viewer for more clues

Well - did you go see what is in the error log, or are we supposed to do that for you?
