when starting up the program, I get this error [see attached image].

A. As Altrea would say - a polite greeting gets better results.

B. Please cut and paste text into your questions, don't send us off to a site where we have to watch an ad to see what YOUR issue is.

C. I would say that the message speaks for itself.

Port 3306 in use by mysqld.exe!

You already have MySQL installed.
