[Solved]One site is working, another one gives me error 403.

Hi.

I have a strange problem.
XAMPP starts up fine.
I can connect to all tools available from the XAMPP menu.

I have exported a site from Joomla and set it up. I can connect to it without a problem.

Then I have tried to export a second site but whatever name I give the directory I get
"Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
Error 403
127.0.0.1
01/31/13 20:30:22
Apache/2.2.11 (Win32) DAV/2 mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8i PHP/5.2.9 "

My sites are located like
C:\xampp\htdocs\site_1
C:\xampp\htdocs\site_2

Directories have identical set ups.

What can it be?

Ok, I solved this by copying the working directory and then erase all files and installing new ones. I geuss there were some rights changed in windows somewhere.
