PHP scripts won't compile
Posted: 22. January 2013 15:50
Hello, I've been having this problem for about a week now and being a complete beginner I'm totally stumped! I've downloaded and installed XAMPP 1.8.1, initially I couldn't even open my PHP pages all that happened was firefox offered to download them for me. Now I can open PHP pages but the php within doesn't compile leaving me with lines of useless php throughout my pages. I have no idea how to fix this or what I've done wrong. I'm sorry for asking such a rudimentary question.
My control panel log is as follows:
Thank you for any help you can provide me.
