Can't start Apache with Windows 7

installed xampp but can't start Apache, here the problem

19:34:59 [Apache] Problem detected!
19:34:59 [Apache] Port 80 in use by "system"!
19:34:59 [Apache] Apache WILL NOT start without the configured ports free!
19:34:59 [Apache] You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application
19:34:59 [Apache] or reconfigure Apache to listen on a different port
19:34:59 [mysql] XAMPP MySQL Service is already running on port 3306
19:34:59 [main] Starting Check-Timer
19:34:59 [main] Control Panel Ready

THEN XAMPP STOPS WORKING IT FREZES
WHAT SHALL I DO?

something is using port 80, stop it and restart apache

It doesn't have to be Skype.

It is likely the http.sys driver, which is used by IIS and many other MS Apps/tools that have web management interfaces.

A common blocker on Windows 7 is the World Wide Publishing service.

Also, you can fix the control panel freezing issue by getting the latest control panel from the link in my signature.
