Hi everyone I urgently need to know how to set/change my openssl settings in xampp. I have done readings and everyone is saying to uncomment this line ;extension=php_openssl.dll in the php.ini file but on my version I dont have this file and I've got no clue how to set this. Please any help would be appreciated
