auth_mysql with xampp 1.8.1 on Windows

I just need to configure auth_mysql with my own installation of xampp (1.8.1 on Windows) but the library is missing.

I searched all over for this but i don't find them.

Does everyone can help me to install this module by giving a link where i can download it ?
