i thought i secured my xampp, but i guess i chose a weak pass, and now all of my files are infected. just a warning to others.
i just also wondered if hackattack142 was the same person who did this? a long shot i kno

the first and last screens are of my control panel, and the 2nd/3rd are of some code which has been injected.

hackattack142 is the programmer of the XAMPP control panel. And no: hackattack142 don't infect other people sites.

XAMPP is not meant for production use especially not in insecure environments like the internet. It is by far not secure enough for this, independend what the security script suggested you.
Nobody can say if you choose a weak password and if the infection is because of this.
