Hello, new with php & xampp

Hi all, new here, trying to learn php and following some tutorials online, running into some probs.

Using dreamweaver.
for server model:php mysql
access: local network
testing folder:c:\xampp\
url prefix http://localhost/

I saved my first file in
c:\xampp\htdocs

but
1. I get a 404 when I try to preview in a browser.
2. I also get an error message on the xampp ui. Added image.

ok...never mind, solved the dreamweaver thingie. But if anyone would like to comment on the image it would be cool!
