Not able to login to the admin panel on local server

My website is working well on the live server...but I am not able to login to the admin panel of the website on local server..

The firefox window displays a blank page on logging in...and chrome displays "HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request."

Please help...

It means whatever script that you have is not configured correctly.

An ISE 500 only means one thing - Apache (or IIS) has no idea what it should be doing.

As we have no idea what that script is, I suggest you inquire on the support forum of that software.
