Tomcat and file creation

Hello

I'm using Xampp version 1.8.0. on windows and I have a problem...

I have a Java application wich create a file in a directory in his weapps directory... This application work perfectly if I use a Tomcat standalone version but If I use Xampp's Tomcat, the file is never write on disk...

I have try to modify permission of user on file directory but no change.

Do you have an idea of the source of this matter ?

What folder are you trying to write to, and waht port are you running on?

I try to create a file in tomcat/webapps/myWebSite/csv/
Port 8080

If I use a standalone Tomcat it work but with Tomcat in XAMPP not

how can get the error message ?
For now, my only constatation is the file is missing
