I could not download

I am facing problem in downloading XAMPP-Win32-1.7.4-V. After downloading for few seconds, it is showing MB Network Error. Help in this regard will be highly appreciated. I am using Windows XP Service Pack 3.

Where are you trying to DL from?

This is the correct page:

Which appears to be working correctly.
