When I am trying to start Apache 1.8 I get this message by running the apache batch script:

I recently "upgraded" from 1.7.4 which I installed nearly a year ago. Looking at this file I found that it was last modified in 2010...(so it's still from the old version?) Has this file not received any updates recently? And if not then how can I get my apache to start again
