tomcat service problem

i can not install and run tomcat service

whenever i try to run it gives error in picture

i ma using win7 ultimate + sp1 , xampp 1.8 + JDK 6 + JRE 7 dotnet 4

have you used 'netstat' to check ports 8005,8009 & 8080?

I'm betting on 8080 being in use, probably by a configuration tool or remote management interface.
