#2002 - No connection could be made because the target machi

When i go to my php my admin i get this error:

#2002 - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

any solution please? : (

Hi -
It is considered good form to make a polite greeting when you open a topic. Its also useful to accurately describe the problem in some detail

A. are you on the same machine XAMPP is installed on?

B. Have you made any changes to XAMPP since it was installed?

C. You may need to add/edit my.ini to include a line like this:
