The default xdebug.profiler_output_name config isn't accepted, no profiling is done with it
On install, the value is xdebug_profile.%R::%u
When I change it to cachegrind.out.%t-%s it works

It's a small fix, but gives great return. It's incredibly hard to guess this is the problem :p I sent a message via his website.
