Hello guys, I bought new dedicated 2003 windows server, anyway, I installed xampp 1.8.0 and I keep getting this error when I try running apache manually, cause in the control panel it's says started and stopped

Why is that, can someone tell me what to do to make it work?

Great and no, that is not 64-bit. x86 = 32-bit

There is anyway to configured the xampp 1.8.0 to be compitable with mssql?
