Access xampp from another PC via FTP client

So what I want actually, is to config FTP Server with main IP address, so that I can connect from another PC/LAPTOP to main FTP Server, which atm has localhost or 127.0.0.1 IP address.

If you start the FileZilla FTP Server, it listens on all IPs by default. Just put the IP of the host machine in your client and (assuming you are not being blocked by firewalls, routers, etc) it should work.

Are you trying to connect on a local LAN or over the Internet?

If it is the former, then I would check for firewall issues.

If it is the latter, then I would make sure you have ports forwarded on your router and that your ISP does not block you from hosting such servers.
