Centralized File, Appointment, Contact And Email System

I have xampp installed on a Windows machine. I have a one person consulting business and I do a lot of moving around. I would like to be able to store all of my files (i.e. Word, Excel documents), appointment calendar, contacts list and email on my own server and access them from anywhere on any machine. Any suggestions on what would be the most economical approach?

Store them in phpmyadmin, and make phpmyadmin public so you can access them from any other computer... I may be wrong, i'm not very experienced in xampp. As you can see from my post..Which has not been answered. ^.^

For the record - you can't really 'store' anything in phpMyAdmin - its an administrative interface for MySQL.

Zimbra Collaboration Server might work. (would probably be overkill too)

or you could use VNC or logmein pro..
