A Thank You to the XAMPP team! My learning various CMS software is going to be a lot easier to fix thanks to XAMPP! Seriously, I have it up and running on a spare PC, and while I have to learn it, at least I am now in control of WTF is going on with my software, and it is local so installs and back-ups will be a LOT faster (and secure!)
