good day!!

just want to ask. I always read Joomla and drupal when I'm searching xampp tutorial, installer, and etc.. What is the connection of Joomla and drupal in xampp., is it important to install either on the 2 to continue making xampp database?

XAMPP has all components (Apache, PHP, MySQL) needed for Joomla or Drupal to run.
Joomla and Drupal are content management systems (CMS) and are itself not coupled with XAMPP or it's components.

No, they don't. CMS are one way to make webpages. They can help you to solve very common problems in content management.
But there are many other ways to create a database driven webpage without CMS.
