Uninstall XAMPP

I'm trying to uninstall c:\\xampp, but I can't delete/uninstall xampp-control-3-beta apparently. Everything else is gone.

I want to re-install it, since something doesn't seem right (it's not the Apache error). Mind telling me what I should do?

Check in your system tray or task manager => processes tab if the control panel is running and close it.
If this will not solve the problem restart your system to get rid of all system accesses and try again
