how to config webserver more client connect

hi every one
my site run on xampp version 2.5.8
if in same time , 150 people connection, web run nomal.
but when large people connection, web not run, CPU, Ram use < 50%

so how to config to web can to access by large people. and what file need to config . about webserver im not good.

my server is:
RAM : 4GB
CPU: intel xeon 3.1 ghz

Hi binhdinh,

you should not use XAMPP in insecure and productive environments. It is not configured for this.
Especially if you are "not good" in configurating and administrating a webserver.

The most limited factor for a webserver is the network upload rate.
